For the church, and for many people, unlocking the keys to gain access to the newest generations represent the biggest challenge of our age. Questions such as How do we speak to them? How do we reach them out? How do we serve them? They’re so different to us… there’s no way! are just a few of the ones that come to everyone’s mind when working with children, teens and youth. However, the most important question of them all resonates even harder: how do we (re)introduce them to Jesus?

Youth With A Mission has serve every generation for the last 60 years! And is only by God’s grace that time after time YWAM designs programs that remain relevant to the youth of yesterday, and of today!

This is why we brought 3in1 to you! So that you can sharpen your skills to better run three of the most relevant, effective and impactful YWAM programs in the world!

3in1 is a multi-workshop with corporate worship and prayer gatherings, and 3 divided sessions that focus on your ministry target group;

  • Generational Leadership/ Kings Kids Ministry - for everyone but mainly ministries which focus is on the children

  • Mission Adventures - for teens

  • DTS Workshop - for the youth, and beyond!

Actualmente, para la iglesia y para muchas personas desbloquear los códigos para ganar acceso a las nuevas generaciones representa el mayor desafío de nuestra época. Preguntas como ¿Cómo les hablamos? ¿Cómo llegamos a ellos? ¿Cómo les servimos? ¡Son tan diferentes a nosotros que no hay manera de lograrlo! son sólo algunos de los pensamientos que vienen a la mente de todos aquellos que trabajan con niños, adolescentes y jóvenes. Sin embargo, la pregunta más importante de todas resuena aún más fuerte: ¿cómo les presentamos a Jesús (de nuevo)?

Juventud Con Una Misión ha servido a cada nueva generación durante los últimos 60 años, y es sólo por la gracia de Dios que una y otra vez JUCUM ha diseñado programas que siguen siendo relevantes para los jóvenes de ayer y de hoy. ¡Es por eso que trajimos el taller 3en1, para que tú y tu equipo puedan perfeccionar sus habilidades y ejecutar de la mejor manera tres de los programas de JUCUM más relevantes, efectivos e impactantes del mundo!

3en1 es un mega taller múltiple con reuniones corporativas de adoración y oración, y 3 sesiones divididas que se enfocan en el grupo objetivo de tu ministerio;

  • Liderazgo Generacional/Hijos del Rey (King’s Kids): para todos, pero principalmente para aquellos ministerios cuyo enfoque son los niños.

  • Aventuras Misioneras - para adolescentes

  • Y El Taller de la EDE: para los jóvenes ¡y más!

The sooner we invest in them, the faster we will make the changes to exercise multigenerational leadership that leads us to think about strategies for the formation of a new wave of leaders, pastors and missionaries from a very early age. Not isolating or separating but rather, enjoying the generational ties and the gifts from one generation to another. Joel 2:28

Necesitamos entender el peso del discipulado de las nuevas generaciones. Cuanto más pronto invirtamos en ellos más rápido haremos los cambios para ejercer un liderazgo multigeneracional que nos lleve a pensar en las estrategias para la formación de una nueva ola de líderes, pastores y misioneros desde muy temprana edad . No asilando o separando. Mas bien disfrutando los vínculos generacionales y los dones de una a otra generación. Joel 2:28

The program is perfect to mobilize church groups into evangelism, mercy ministries and missions, to introduce them to YWAM and to connect them with your future programs, base, ministries, locations and city.

Mission Adventures es el Ministerio de Alcance a Corto Plazo de Servicio Completo para Grupos.

El programa es perfecto para movilizar equipos de iglesias a la evangelización, los ministerios de misericordia y a las misiones. Además de introducirlos a JUCUM y conectarlos a los jóvenes con más programas, escuelas y ministerios de la base.
